Super Biker – On‑site Operations Specialist

About the role

The Super Biker is responsible for end‑to‑end biker onboarding operations in Kirkuk, ensuring fast registration, effective training, and continuous follow‑up to keep a pool of active, compliant, and high‑performing bikers. The role works closely with Live Operations to support daily delivery performance.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the full biker onboarding process, including registration, verification, and account activation.
• Deliver hands‑on operational training covering app usage, order flow, cash handling, and wallet rules.
• Ensure bikers are fully prepared and able to go live immediately after onboarding.
• Monitor biker activity after activation and proactively follow up on inactivity or performance issues.
• Support Live Operations in resolving wallet issues, order‑related problems, and operational blockers.
• Enforce operational policies and procedures, reporting recurring field issues to management.
• Maintain accurate records for onboarding, training, and follow‑up activities.

Required profile

• Background in delivery operations, fleet management, or field operations.
• Strong execution, ownership, and follow‑up mindset.
• Ability to work under operational pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Basic data tracking and reporting skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work closely with bikers in the field.
• Familiarity with Kirkuk and its operational landscape is a plus.
