Event & Logistics Coordinator (Junior Non-Key Expert)

About the role

The Junior Non-Key Expert – Event & Logistics Coordinator will support the EU‑funded Egypt Drawdown Facility by organising workshops, conferences, training sessions, expert missions and related activities. The role requires proactive coordination of participants, venues, travel and documentation to ensure smooth execution of events.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute logistical arrangements for workshops, conferences, trainings, expert missions, institutional exchanges and study visits.
• Coordinate participant registration, travel, accommodation and venue setup.
• Prepare and manage event documentation, agendas and reporting materials.
• Liaise with suppliers, beneficiary institutions and local partners to secure services and ensure compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, event management, tourism, communication or a related field.
• Fluent in English and Arabic (minimum C1 level).
• At least three years of experience in event logistics, including participant coordination and supplier management.
• Strong organisational and administrative abilities with knowledge of the local operating environment.
