Field Coordinator (National Position)

About the role

The Field Coordinator will support the implementation of project activities across multiple governorates, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operational delivery in close collaboration with the project team.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager and Project Assistant in executing work plans and field operations.
• Organise logistical aspects of field activities, including venues, materials, participant mobilisation, transport and schedules.
• Support the organisation and delivery of vocational training, internships, job‑linkage events, job fairs and stakeholder meetings at the field level.
• Ensure accurate completion and timely entry of attendance sheets, surveys, monitoring tools and data (baseline, endline, assessments) into ActivityInfo.
• Provide regular updates on field activities, flag operational issues and facilitate communication between beneficiaries, partners and the central project team.
• Assist with the smooth implementation of field missions conducted by the central team.
• Perform other duties within the area of responsibility as requested by supervisors.

Required profile

• University degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Economics or a related field.
• Experience working with NGOs or development projects is an asset.
• Familiarity with local communities and institutions in the target governorates.
