Service Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Service Engineer to deliver on‑site technical support for Managed Print Services and production printing solutions. The role involves handling complex repairs, performing preventive maintenance, installing equipment and mentoring junior staff while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Install, maintain and repair multi‑function printers, copiers, scanners, wide‑format and production printing devices.
• Carry out preventive maintenance and resolve complex technical issues on‑site.
• Handle escalated service requests, meet SLA targets and manage spare‑parts inventory.
• Configure device security settings and integrate monitoring platforms.
• Provide training to customers on equipment operation and best practices.
• Prepare detailed service reports after each visit.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical training sessions.

Required profile

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in electronics, electrical engineering, IT or a related field.
• Minimum three years of field service experience with printing or copier technology.
• Vendor certification (e.g., Ricoh) is an advantage.
• Fluent in Arabic; English preferred.
