Outdoor Sales Representative

About the role

Dr. Scent is seeking an energetic Outdoor Sales Representative to drive the growth of its fragrance brand in Baghdad, Iraq. The role focuses on building and nurturing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and representing the company in the field.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth in the Baghdad market.
• Identify new sales opportunities and expand the customer network.
• Follow up with customers to ensure an excellent service experience.
• Monitor market activities, gather feedback on customer needs and competitor movements.
• Represent Dr. Scent professionally and strengthen brand presence.

Required profile

• Previous sales experience, preferably in fragrance, beauty, cosmetics, retail or FMCG.
• Strong knowledge of the Baghdad market and customer behavior.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and follow‑up skills.
• Self‑motivated, organized and results‑oriented.
• Ability to achieve sales targets and develop long‑term customer relationships.
