Brand & Business Development Manager – Iraq

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and results‑driven Brand & Business Development Manager to lead the growth of KOSTER Waterproofing Systems across Iraq. The role is field‑oriented, requiring regular visits to construction sites, interaction with contractors, consultants and dealers, and the ability to turn market opportunities into sales.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and increase KOSTER sales throughout Iraq, identifying and onboarding new dealers, distributors and business partners.
• Visit construction projects, contractors, consultants, engineers and applicators to generate leads and present suitable KOSTER solutions.
• Coordinate with technical teams for product demonstrations, site assistance and technical meetings.
• Monitor competitors, market conditions and pricing, and provide regular market feedback to management.
• Support dealers with product knowledge, sales tools and market development activities.
• Negotiate quotations, orders and maintain customer relationships until the sales process is completed.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales, business development or construction‑related industries.
• Experience in waterproofing, construction chemicals or building materials is highly preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Fluent in Arabic and Kurdish; good English communication skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly across Iraq and work independently to achieve targets.
