Sales & Marketing Specialist

About the role

DAMA Productions is seeking a full‑time Sales & Marketing Specialist to drive new business and nurture client relationships for its advertising and media services. Based on‑site in Baghdad, the specialist will act as the bridge between clients and internal creative teams, ensuring projects meet client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect potential customers across the advertising and media sectors.
• Conduct sales meetings, prepare proposals, and negotiate agreements.
• Promote DAMA Productions’ advertising, media, and production services.
• Support marketing campaigns and coordinate with production and creative teams.
• Track sales performance, generate regular reports, and suggest improvements to sales strategy.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Solid sales and sales‑management experience, including pipeline management and deal closing.
• Training experience to guide clients or team members on services and processes.
• Relevant background in advertising, media, or production services.
• Ability to work on‑site in Baghdad, manage multiple projects, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Proficiency with basic office tools and CRM software, with strong organizational and time‑management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
