About the role
A leading General Trading Company is looking for a motivated and detail‑oriented Sales & Data Entry Officer. The role bridges database management with sales activities, ensuring accurate data handling while supporting revenue targets.
Key responsibilities
- Accurately enter and continuously maintain customer and sales data.
- Identify and secure customer data sources in accordance with approved company policies.
- Organise and maintain customer databases, ensuring effective classification and structure.
- Present and offer customer lists to clients based on their specific requirements.
- Contact and regularly follow up with potential customers to convert them into active clients.
- Prepare and maintain accurate sales records in a timely and organised manner.
Required profile
- Previous experience in sales, data entry, or tele‑sales (considered an advantage).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Organised, responsible, and target‑driven mindset.
Required skills
- Excel (advanced proficiency).
- Data management tools.
