Business Development Manager

About the role

The Business Development Manager will lead growth initiatives for our CCTV solutions, focusing on key accounts such as system integrators, large installers and end‑users. You will be responsible for driving sales, expanding market share and shaping product development through close customer interaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and cultivate relationships with major CCTV customers, including system integrators, big installers and final clients.
• Lead and motivate the local sales team to achieve annual revenue and gross profit targets.
• Identify, track and close new business opportunities from initial contact through to contract signing.
• Act as the first point of contact during the design phase, providing system integration guidance.
• Gather customer feedback to influence new product development and increase project volume.
• Develop strategic account plans to grow market share and strengthen corporate relationships.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the security and CCTV market with a solid network of system integrators.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage a team in a time‑sensitive environment.
• Strong selling and presentation skills, capable of tailoring solutions to customer needs.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and able to work independently.
• Excellent public speaking, multitasking and time‑management abilities.
