First Line Sales Manager - Aesthetic Injectables & Devices

About the role

First Line Sales Manager will lead and coach the sales team for aesthetic injectables and devices across Basra and surrounding provinces, driving demand, managing territories and achieving sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales plans, forecasts and territory designs to meet or exceed market share objectives.
• Coach and mentor Medical Representatives, delivering regular performance feedback and development sessions.
• Recruit, select and onboard new sales talent in collaboration with HR and senior leadership.
• Maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and major accounts, presenting value propositions and solutions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, influencing sales goals and ensuring activities align with company standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy.
• Proven strong performance record in sales, preferably in aesthetic devices or injectables.
• Ability to travel regularly across South Iraq provinces (Basra, Nasriya, Amara, Samawa).
• Solid leadership, planning and organizational skills.
• Effective analytical thinking, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
