Sales Consultant – Luxury Automotive

About the role

The Sales Consultant will represent the SAS‑Lexus brand in the Al‑Saidiya showroom, guiding customers through the entire sales journey from initial contact to vehicle delivery. The role focuses on delivering a premium customer experience while driving market share for Lexus in Iraq.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing personalized assistance throughout the sales process.
• Conduct thorough needs assessments and recommend suitable Lexus models based on preferences, budget, and requirements.
• Demonstrate in‑depth knowledge of vehicle features, options, and accessories during presentations and test drives.
• Provide transparent pricing information, including financing options, incentives, and promotions.
• Negotiate pricing and terms to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes while maximizing dealership profitability.
• Coordinate with the finance department to arrange financing, leasing, and insurance for smooth transactions.
• Follow up post‑sale to ensure satisfaction, address concerns, and foster long‑term loyalty.
• Stay informed on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities, sharing insights with the sales team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or a related field (preferred).
• 2–3 years of sales experience, preferably in automotive or luxury retail.
• Strong negotiation, presentation and closing abilities.
• Excellent English communication skills; Arabic is essential.
• Professional appearance and customer‑handling skills.
• Female candidates only, aged 25–35.
