Flexo Printing Operator

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Flexo Printing Operator to join our on‑site team in Baghdad. In this full‑time position you will ensure that flexographic presses are correctly prepared, maintained, and operated to meet production targets while upholding safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and set up flexographic printing presses for each production run.
• Maintain equipment, perform routine checks, and address mechanical issues promptly.
• Monitor ink and substrate levels, managing replenishment as needed.
• Conduct quality inspections throughout the printing process.
• Troubleshoot printing problems and adjust settings to ensure optimal output.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and quality standards.

Required profile

• Prior experience in the printing industry is preferred.
• Technical training or certification in printing operations is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
• Ability to work effectively in an on‑site environment and operate heavy machinery.
• Problem‑solving mindset with capacity to address mechanical issues.
