Junior MIS Executive

About the role

The Junior MIS Executive will support the supervisor in data analysis and report preparation, ensuring accurate data collection, proper management, and timely delivery of insights. This role plays a key part in enabling business decisions through reliable reporting and organized data systems.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and prepare data from multiple sources to support supervisors and management.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports according to business requirements.
• Organize data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for operational improvement.
• Maintain accurate and structured data records for reporting purposes.
• Document reporting processes and user guidelines for future reference and training.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality.
• Support continuous improvement of MIS reporting systems and processes.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by management as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Studies, Economics, Commerce, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience preferred; fresh graduates with strong academic performance are encouraged to apply.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Good organizational and reporting skills, capable of working independently and within a team.
