Accountant – Temporary 3-Month Assignment in Erbil

About the role

We are looking for a motivated and detail‑oriented Accountant to join our team in Erbil on a three‑month temporary assignment. You will work closely with the finance team to ensure timely and accurate processing of transactions. The role involves managing financial records, ensuring accurate reporting, and supporting the company’s financial operations.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
• Prepare financial reports and perform reconciliations.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Support monthly and annual closing activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum three years of accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Good command of English.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
