WI Field Supervisor

About the role

The WI Field Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the water injection system across multiple wells, ensuring optimal performance and water quality. This role involves daily monitoring, troubleshooting, and coordination with various departments to support well interventions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct daily monitoring of the entire water injection system.
• Monitor injection water quality parameters such as TSS, D50, OIW and DO.
• Troubleshoot anomalies, irregularities or problems related to the water injection system.
• Perform frequent site visits to verify measurement accuracy.
• Identify potential problems/risks and provide technical recommendations.
• Coordinate relevant departments for well commissioning, acidizing, stimulation and other interventions.
• Supervise activities to ensure compliance with Company HSE policies.

Required profile

• More than three (3) years of proven international experience in on‑site water injection management service.
• 7–10 years of experience in the oil & gas industry.

Required skills

• Water injection system operation and monitoring.
• Knowledge of water quality parameters (TSS, D50, OIW, DO).
• Troubleshooting of injection system issues.
• Well commissioning, acidizing and stimulation processes.
