About the role
The Senior WI Specialist will lead regional water injection analysis and strategy adjustments, integrating geological data to optimise injection programmes.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct regional analysis and adjust water injection strategies.
- Integrate geological achievements such as inter‑well connectivity and thief zone distribution to guide optimisation.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to resolve injection‑production contradictions.
- Provide top‑level technical guidance for well pattern and profile optimisation.
- Review and approve technical proposals for well completion, recompletion, profile control and water shut‑off.
- Participate in reservoir and water injection research and offer on‑site cross‑disciplinary support.
Required profile
- More than three years of proven international experience in on‑site water injection management.
- 10–15 years of experience in the oil & gas sector.
