Field Specialist IV – Artificial Lift Systems

About the role

The ALS Field Specialist IV (Senior) leads and supervises Artificial Lift Systems field operations, focusing on Surface and Downhole Jet Pump systems. This role ensures safe, efficient, high‑quality service delivery while complying with QHSE standards and company procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise installations, interventions, maintenance and troubleshooting of Surface and Downhole Jet Pump systems.
• Plan, coordinate and monitor field activities, personnel utilization, equipment readiness and resources.
• Provide technical support, operational guidance and problem‑solving expertise for ALS projects.
• Train, mentor and evaluate field engineers and local personnel.
• Maintain customer relationships and support business development through technical presentations.
• Lead safety initiatives, toolbox talks, incident reporting and continuous improvement programs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of hands‑on Artificial Lift Systems experience, including Surface and Downhole Jet Pump operations.
• Proven experience supervising field personnel and leading operational activities.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Medically fit for rotational field assignments.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of Surface and Downhole Jet Pump systems and ALS operations.
• Proficiency with QHSE standards, risk management and safety management systems.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems such as JD Edwards.
• Familiarity with ALS design and simulation software, preferably JEMS and WellFlo.
