HSE Supervisor – Water Injection Operations

About the role

The HSE Supervisor will monitor and ensure health, safety and environment compliance for all on‑site water injection activities, including well operations and injection facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct routine HSE risk identification for high‑pressure water injection lines, pumps, chemical dosing and water treatment facilities.
• Perform HSE inspections of wellheads, manifolds, source wells and surface facilities to detect leaks, pressure anomalies and equipment integrity issues.
• Review and verify Permit‑to‑Work and Job Safety Analysis for well commissioning, acidizing, stimulation, profile control, water shut‑off and workover operations.
• Supervise safe handling, storage and injection of chemicals used in water injection and treatment processes.
• Coordinate emergency preparedness for water injection system failures with field supervisors and relevant departments.

Required profile

• NEBOSH, British Council Level‑3, NVQ Level‑3 or equivalent HSE qualification.
• Minimum five years of HSE experience in water injection or oilfield operations.

Required skills

• High‑pressure water injection line management.
• Operation of injection pumps and chemical dosing systems.
• Water treatment process knowledge.
