About the role
The Water Injection Engineer focuses on analyzing well pattern performance and optimizing water injection to improve water cut control.
Key responsibilities
- Evaluate single-well and well-pattern dynamic performance.
- Analyze injection effectiveness and response.
- Prepare targeted injection rate and profile optimization proposals.
- Support formulation of phased water injection targets and work plans.
- Track on‑site implementation of profile optimization measures.
- Summarize problems and optimize adjustment schemes.
Required profile
- More than three (3) years of proven international experience in on‑site water injection management service.
- 7–10 years of experience in Oil & Gas.
