Warehouse Manager

About the role

The Warehouse Manager will oversee all warehouse activities, ensuring efficient receipt, storage, inventory control, and distribution of goods using ERP systems such as Oracle and OSP. The role focuses on safety, regulatory compliance, and high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory management, and shipping.
• Ensure accurate order processing, receipts, and shipments.
• Maintain warehouse equipment and enforce safety standards.
• Implement and monitor inventory control systems, conduct audits, and reconcile discrepancies.
• Assign tasks, supervise staff performance, and foster a collaborative work environment.
• Develop and enforce health, safety, and environmental policies, delivering regular training.
• Maintain communication with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely fulfillment.
• Prepare and present performance and financial reports, manage the warehouse budget, and identify cost‑saving opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of warehouse management experience.
• Proven track record using Oracle ERP and OSP systems.
• Strong integrity, ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
• Fluent English communication skills.
