Delivery Operator & Warehouse Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a Delivery Operator who will also support warehouse activities at our Erbil headquarters. The role involves handling customer deliveries, operating a forklift, and coordinating with the sales and warehouse teams.

Key responsibilities

• Handle daily deliveries of customer orders within Erbil and nearby areas.
• Operate a forklift for loading, unloading, and organizing warehouse stock.
• Prepare and manage delivery and order documentation.
• Support production and order preparation processes.
• Coordinate with the Warehouse Manager and Sales Manager for daily tasks and reporting.
• Participate in local procurement activities and maintain communication with suppliers.

Required profile

• Valid manual driving license (mandatory).
• Valid forklift operator license.
• Fluent in Kurdish and English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Physically fit and capable of demanding warehouse tasks.
• Reliable, punctual, and attentive to detail.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
