About the role

A leading delivery company in Iraq is looking for an experienced Fleet Manager to oversee fleet operations, supervise delivery captains, and drive operational efficiency across the network.

Key responsibilities

Manage and supervise delivery captains, ensuring productivity, discipline, and policy compliance.
Monitor daily fleet operations to guarantee smooth and timely deliveries.
Track performance using KPIs and operational reports, identifying and resolving issues.
Coordinate with Operations, Customer Service and other departments for seamless workflows.
Prepare regular performance reports and recommend actions to improve utilization and reduce costs.

Required profile

Minimum 3 years of experience in fleet management, logistics, delivery operations or driver supervision.
Proven leadership and team‑supervision abilities.
Strong problem‑solving, communication and decision‑making skills.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced operational environment.

Required skills

Microsoft Excel
MS Office suite
