About the role
The Technical Support role focuses on data entry, verification, and reporting within an IT environment. You will ensure data accuracy, support team needs, and maintain confidentiality while working onsite in Diwaniyah.
Key responsibilities
- Input, update, and maintain data across multiple databases and systems.
- Perform data verification, cleanup, and quality checks to remove duplicates and correct errors.
- Generate and distribute analytical reports for various departments.
- Assist in developing data management processes and policies.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve data discrepancies and support project documentation.
Required profile
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in data entry or processing, preferably within an IT setting.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational and time‑management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Required skills
- Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Data management software.
- SQL and R (preferred).
