Technical Support (IT Background) – Al-Anbar

About the role

The Technical Support position supports the organization by managing data entry, verification, and reporting tasks. You will work on‑site in Al‑Anbar, ensuring data accuracy and supporting various teams with their data needs. This full‑time role requires strong attention to detail and solid IT fundamentals.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately input, update, and maintain data across multiple databases and systems.
• Perform data verification, cleanup, and de‑duplication to preserve data integrity.
• Generate and distribute analytical reports for internal departments.
• Assist in developing data management processes and policies.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve data discrepancies and ensure confidentiality.

Required profile

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in data entry or data processing, preferably within an IT environment.
• Strong organizational, time‑management, and independent work capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience using data management software and SQL.
• Knowledge of R or similar data‑processing languages.
• Ability to maintain data confidentiality and follow security standards.
