Mid-Level Product Owner & System Analyst

About the role

The Mid-Level Product Owner & System Analyst will manage the backlog and day‑to‑day product and system analysis activities for assigned digital products. You will translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements and ensure development teams deliver functionality that meets both business and user expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead or support backlog refinement, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and other Scrum activities.
• Define and review functional test scenarios, support SIT and UAT, clarify requirements, review defects, and validate delivered functionality.
• Review completed work against acceptance criteria, provide product acceptance or rejection within delegated authority.
• Analyze change requests, document functional impact, dependencies, and priority for senior review.
• Track product KPIs, usage, user feedback, and recurring issues, recommending improvements based on data.
• Communicate progress, release plans, requirement clarifications, and scope changes to stakeholders and the development team.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Product Ownership, Business Analysis, System Analysis, or Product Management.
• Proven experience managing a product backlog in an Agile/Scrum environment and supporting product releases.
• Practical experience preparing user requirements, process flows, functional specifications, BRD/SRD, or equivalent documentation.
• Good command of English (reading, writing, speaking).
