Site Manager – Erbil

About the role

The Site Manager will be responsible for overall cost, schedule and technical performance of operations at the Erbil site. This role serves as the primary point of contact for customers and ensures production, supply, planning and quality standards are met.

Key responsibilities

• Provide direction and leadership to all site‑assigned personnel.
• Prepare and submit labor and non‑labor budgets, forecast costs and control subcontractors.
• Manage service contracts supporting site operations.
• Oversee department managers and staff assigned to the site.
• Coordinate research and investigations into business problems and provide guidance on operating issues.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of academic, technical or military training and experience.
• Minimum five years of diverse management experience, including vehicle maintenance, facilities maintenance or logistics management.
• Proven experience working with a foreign labor workforce.
• Excellent communication, analytical, project management and supervisory abilities.
• Valid state‑issued driver’s license and ability to travel occasionally.

Required skills

• Proficiency with desktop computers and the full Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to prepare management‑level reports and presentations.
