Showroom & Business Development Manager

About the role

Vernate Group is looking for a dynamic Showroom & Business Development Manager to lead its showroom operations and drive sales growth across its furniture and interior solutions business in the Middle East.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily showroom operations and supervise the sales team.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet commercial targets.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with clients, architects, consultants and developers.
• Manage projects from proposal and negotiation through contract signing and execution.
• Coordinate closely with design and production departments to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure showroom presentation aligns with the company’s brand identity.
• Prepare regular sales, performance and business development reports.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and projects.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in furniture showroom management or interior fit‑out projects.
• Strong knowledge of the furniture, interior design and finishing materials industry.
• Proven track record in sales growth and achieving business targets.
• Excellent leadership, communication and negotiation abilities.
• Fluency in Arabic and English; French is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel and coordinate between Beirut and Baghdad branches.
