Sales Support – Field and Documentation Role

About the role

Provide operational and field support to the sales team by handling documentation, coordinating activities, conducting site visits and building relationships with key stakeholders to ensure smooth sales execution and high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct field visits to under‑construction or finishing sites, present Alfanar’s product range and build trust‑based relationships with end users, electricians and contractors.
• Manage the complete sales process in line with company strategy, collaborating with relevant departments to fulfil distributor requirements.
• Visit locations defined by the studies department, distribute promotional material and gather market intelligence on products, competitors and construction activity.
• Coordinate with the project sales team to ensure successful hand‑over when target customers fall within project scope.
• Maintain regular reporting, solve operational problems, ensure compliance with quality, safety and environmental procedures, and seek process improvements.

Required profile

• Diploma from an Electrical Institute or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in sales support, technical sales or related roles.
• Ability to acquire updated soft and technical skills relevant to the position.
• Proactive attitude with a clear career vision and plan.
