Sales Engineer – Iraq Territory

About the role

MYSPAN Power Solutions is seeking a results‑driven Sales Engineer to lead the Iraq territory. You will act as the face of both MYSPAN and the Kirloskar brand, building strong relationships with contractors, EPCs and other industry stakeholders while driving growth across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory growth plan aligned with regional strategy.
• Identify new verticals, segments and untapped customer accounts.
• Generate leads through site visits, networking, industry events and outreach.
• Track upcoming projects, tenders and infrastructure developments.
• Secure vendor approvals and product specifications with consultants and end‑users.
• Prepare technical submittals, compliance documents and commercial offers.
• Negotiate pricing and contract terms within approved frameworks.
• Coordinate with technical teams to deliver customised engineering solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering (preferred).
• 3–6 years of sales experience within Iraq, preferably in industrial equipment.
• Established network with EPC contractors, consultants, utilities and oil & gas companies in Iraq.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Valid Iraq driving licence.

Required skills

• Knowledge of pumps, power systems and industrial equipment.
• Ability to prepare technical submittals and compliance documentation.
