Senior Sales Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Sales Consultant to join our team in Baghdad. The role focuses on driving sales growth through excellent customer service, strong client relationships, and consultative selling. You will be responsible for identifying new prospects, negotiating deals and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business opportunities in the market.
• Negotiate and close deals with potential clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Present products and solutions to clients, highlighting benefits and features.
• Provide after‑sales support and gather feedback to improve service.
• Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 2–3 years of proven sales experience.
• Strong customer service and communication abilities.
• Ability to handle complaints professionally and ensure satisfaction.
• Upper‑intermediate English; good Arabic communication preferred.
• Valid driving licence preferred.
