Sales Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Sales Specialist to join our team in Baghdad. You will play a key role in expanding our market presence, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and understand customer needs.
• Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and social media outreach.
• Schedule and lead meetings with prospects, presenting our products and services.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations.
• Produce regular sales and financial reports to support strategic decisions.
• Maintain adequate stock for demonstrations and business activities.
• Represent the company at exhibitions and conferences.
• Negotiate contracts, close deals, and manage customer objections.
• Collaborate with internal teams to achieve collective targets.
• Collect customer feedback and share insights for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven track record in business development or a similar sales role.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office; experience with CRM tools is a plus.
• Solid understanding of marketing and negotiation techniques.
• Quick learner with a passion for business growth.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and able to deliver persuasive presentations.
• Knowledge of IT concepts, especially within the printing industry.
• Valid driving license.
