Sales Engineer – Pipes, Fittings, Valves, and Gasket

About the role

The Sales Engineer will promote and sell a range of pipes, fittings, valves and gasket products across the assigned territory in Erbil. The role focuses on building strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities and achieving sales targets while delivering excellent service.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and oversee sales activities for pipes, fittings, valves and gasket products throughout the Middle area.
• Promote the company’s products and engineering solutions to existing and potential customers.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers, contractors, consultants and key decision‑makers.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely execution of customer requirements.
• Conduct customer visits, presentations and product demonstrations as needed.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts and activity updates.
• Provide after‑sales support to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or a related engineering field.
• Fluent in English, Kurdish and Arabic.
• Strong organizational, planning and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Excellent customer service and relationship‑management skills.
• Strong sales, negotiation and communication abilities.
