About the role
This entry‑level sales trainee position focuses on promoting pharmaceutical products to doctors in private clinics and hospitals. The role supports the field sales team in achieving monthly targets while learning the full range of company offerings.
Key responsibilities
- Follow all sales procedures to ensure consistent, controlled work.
- Visit doctors daily to promote products, share information and convey company messages.
- Enter accurate sales data into the CRM system each day for supervisor review.
- Coordinate with sales representatives and the direct manager to meet sales targets.
- Acquire comprehensive knowledge of the company’s products and services to boost sales.
- Comply with safety, quality, health and environmental procedures and the code of conduct.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy.
- No prior experience required.
