About the role
Responsible for executing the company’s overall strategies in the Erbil region, coordinating with executives to meet regional targets and overseeing all sales activities.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and supervise all regional operations in coordination with the management team.
- Achieve regional KPIs for sales, active subscribers and revenue.
- Provide monthly performance and expense reports to headquarters.
- Ensure KOREK policies and procedures are implemented in the region.
- Monitor actual versus budget expenses and recommend operational changes.
- Conduct regular meetings to engage and motivate staff and provide coaching to regional leadership.
- Analyze competitor activities and advise on business risks.
- Manage all regional expenses.
Required profile
- 7‑10 years of relevant work experience.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- Fluency in Arabic, English and Kurdish.
