Retail Sales Executive – Customer Service & Sales

About the role

The Retail Sales Executive is responsible for delivering an excellent customer experience while driving store sales. You will represent the brand, use product knowledge and selling techniques to meet monthly targets and keep the shop environment welcoming.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a strong floor presence, greet customers and respond to their needs.
• Build lasting relationships, cross‑sell and upsell products, and provide clear product information.
• Keep the shop clean, tidy and visually appealing according to merchandising guidelines.
• Stay informed about all products, promotions, advertisements and new releases.
• Assist with stock receipt, replenishment and merchandise processing.
• Identify security risks, handle theft situations promptly and follow loss‑prevention procedures.
• Follow all store policies on payments, exchanges, security and loss prevention.
• Complete required trainings, maintain up‑to‑date certificates and attend training portals.
• Collect customer feedback, address complaints efficiently and escalate when necessary.

Required profile

• High school diploma or a Bachelor’s/Technical degree.
• No prior retail experience required; a willingness to learn and a customer‑focused attitude are essential.
