Quality Assurance Specialist – Training & SOP Implementation

About the role

VigiPulse is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to deliver hands‑on training to manufacturing and laboratory teams across Iraq. The role focuses on SOP creation, QMS mastery, equipment calibration, process validation and GMP compliance, ensuring clients meet both local and international regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Design and conduct training sessions on writing, implementing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Deliver advanced workshops on Quality Management Systems (QMS) and Quality Control (QC) laboratory best practices.
• Provide technical instruction on equipment calibration, instrument qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ) and manufacturing process validation.
• Educate personnel on current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) tailored to Iraqi (MOH) and global guidelines.
• Travel to various manufacturing facilities to perform on‑site training and support.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or a related scientific discipline.
• 5–7 years of hands‑on experience in pharmaceutical QA, QC or production within a GMP‑regulated environment.
• Proven track record of delivering technical training or workshops to pharmaceutical staff.
• Fluency in Arabic; professional proficiency in English is highly preferred.
