Team Lead – Instrumentation & Control

About the role

The Team Lead Instrumentation & Control Maintenance is responsible for managing all aspects of instrumentation and control maintenance across the plant. This role leads both contractor staff and customer workforce to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide leadership to the Instrument & Control maintenance team in daily activities.
• Develop, supervise, and coordinate plant maintenance activities, including planning and inspection of completed work.
• Execute work orders through CMMS (Maximo) and coordinate with the I&C team for job completion.
• Assess spare parts needs, generate requisitions, and manage inventory via CMMS.
• Ensure compliance with EHS policies, conduct housekeeping, and support audits.
• Train subordinates on preventive and corrective maintenance and develop succession plans.

Required profile

• Graduate Engineer in Instrumentation & Control from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 8 years of combined cycle power plant O&M experience, including at least 5 years in a team lead position.
• At least 3 years of O&M experience with GE Vernova F Class Gas Turbines.

Required skills

• Instrumentation & Control expertise.
• Proficiency with CMMS platforms, specifically Maximo.
• Knowledge of GE Vernova F Class Gas Turbines and related processes.
• Understanding of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems.
