Project Manager – Migration Governance (Kurdistan Region)

About the role
The Project Manager will lead the implementation and coordination of SI‑COM II activities in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq, focusing on migration governance, reintegration, and institutional capacity development.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate project activities related to migration governance, reintegration, and capacity building.
- Engage with stakeholders, including government bodies, NGOs, and vulnerable groups.
- Ensure project delivery complies with donor requirements, ICMPD standards, and beneficiary priorities.
- Integrate human‑rights, gender equality, protection, and social inclusion principles across all interventions.
Required profile
- Proven experience applying human‑rights‑based, gender‑sensitive, and inclusive approaches, especially with migrants, returnees, and vulnerable populations.
- Fluency in written and spoken English, Kurdish, and Arabic; additional Iraqi languages or dialects are an asset.
