PET Injection Molding Manager

About the role

The PET Injection Molding Manager leads on‑site PET preform production, ensuring that injection molding operations run safely, efficiently, and meet quality specifications. This full‑time position oversees daily manufacturing activities, coordinates teams, and drives continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise PET injection molding processes, including machine setup, material handling, and cycle‑time optimization.
• Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide training to production staff.
• Troubleshoot equipment and process issues, working with maintenance on preventive and corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate production, downtime, and quality records.
• Collaborate with procurement, quality assurance, and logistics to align schedules with demand and minimize waste.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Solid knowledge of PET injection molding, tooling, and process optimization.
• Proven experience supervising production teams in a manufacturing environment.
• Understanding of maintenance coordination and basic mechanical troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with quality control methods, inspection procedures, and production documentation.
• Ability to plan production schedules and coordinate with supply‑chain functions.
• Technical diploma or bachelor’s degree in mechanical, industrial, or plastics engineering preferred.
