Outlet Supervisor - Food & Beverage

About the role

Accor is looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Outlet Supervisor to join its Food & Beverage team in Baghdad, Iraq. You will oversee the daily operations of the outlet, working with the Outlet Manager and your team to uphold brand standards, deliver excellent service and keep guests satisfied.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily outlet operations, ensuring brand standards and consistent guest satisfaction
• Train and mentor team members on service standards, menu knowledge and upselling, and give constructive feedback
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
• Monitor inventory of equipment, supplies and consumables and ensure timely requisitions
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene and food safety regulations through routine inspections
• Assist with cash handling, daily closing, billing accuracy and POS entries, and analyse financial data to support performance goals
• Coordinate with kitchen, bar and other departments and share guest feedback to improve service
• Maintain presentation standards, including table setups, equipment and staff appearance
• Schedule team members, manage shift coverage and run performance evaluations
• Promote sustainability through resource efficiency and waste minimisation

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a luxury hotel, fine dining outlet or similar hospitality environment
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and perform operational tasks

Required skills

• Knowledge of food and beverage service procedures, standards and best practices
• Leadership, interpersonal and communication skills, with strong problem-solving and guest relations abilities
