Assistant Restaurant Manager

About the role

Accor is looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Assistant Outlet Manager to join its team in Baghdad, Iraq. As a key member of the management team, you will help ensure the outlet runs smoothly, deliver great customer experiences and support the establishment's success. The role is full-time.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Outlet Manager in overseeing daily operations, including staff supervision, customer service and quality control
• Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase revenue
• Create staff schedules, assign duties and monitor team performance
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and keep high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
• Manage inventory, control costs and optimise stock levels
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback and complaints professionally and efficiently
• Collaborate with other departments on events and promotions
• Train and mentor new team members
• Step in for the Outlet Manager during their absence

Required profile

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership position within the hospitality industry or a similar establishment
• Proven track record of excellent customer service and driving team performance
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, staying calm under pressure
