About the role
Abwaab is looking for a motivated Outbound Sales Team Lead to drive the daily performance of its outbound sales unit in Baghdad. You will supervise a group of sales representatives, ensure targets are met, and maintain high standards of customer interaction.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and support the outbound sales team to achieve sales, revenue, and collection goals.
- Monitor daily activities, productivity, attendance, and performance metrics such as conversion rates and KPIs.
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, operational trackers, and follow‑up documentation.
- Handle escalated customer cases, coordinate with internal departments, and ensure professional communication standards.
- Identify process gaps, implement improvements, and enforce compliance with sales scripts and operational procedures.
Required profile
- 2–4 years of experience in sales, telesales, customer success or related fields.
- Previous experience leading or supervising a sales team is preferred.
- Strong communication, persuasion, negotiation and organizational abilities.
- Ability to analyse KPIs, drive results and work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management or a related discipline is preferred.
Required skills
- Experience with CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and Google Workspace (Sheets).
