Operations Specialist

About the role

Alhasani Home Center is seeking a proactive Operations Specialist to drive process optimisation and support operational efficiency across the organisation. The role involves monitoring performance, analysing data, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and improve daily operational performance across departments.
• Analyse operational data and prepare KPI reports.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and implement effective solutions.
• Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Support operational projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Operations or Business Operations.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems (Odoo is a plus).
