About the role
The European Union, together with the Arab Republic of Egypt, is launching the “Egypt Downtown Facility” project. We are seeking a Senior Non-Key Expert to provide high‑quality technical assistance on governance, public administration reform and institutional development.
Key responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance on governance and public administration reform initiatives.
- Conduct institutional assessments and develop organisational improvement recommendations.
- Support capacity building and strengthen the effectiveness of Egyptian public institutions.
Required profile
- Master’s degree in public administration, political science, governance, law or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of professional experience in governance, public administration reform and institutional development.
- Fluent in English and Arabic at C1 level.
