Medical Sales Representative (Derma Cosmetic)

About the role

Ghasaq AL Roaya Co. Ltd., a general trading and commercial agency working with international and local brands, is hiring a full-time, on-site Medical Sales Representative for derma cosmetic products in Basra. The representative promotes these products to healthcare professionals such as dermatologists, physicians and pharmacists through regular visits and presentations.

Key responsibilities

• Promote derma cosmetic products to dermatologists, physicians and pharmacists through regular visits and presentations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, provide product information, answer inquiries and deliver high-quality customer service.
• Plan sales calls, follow up on orders and monitor stock levels.
• Report market feedback and competitor activity.
• Work with the sales team to meet targets, implement marketing strategies and support educational activities such as product training and demonstrations.

Required profile

• Experience promoting healthcare or derma cosmetic products.
• Foundational knowledge of medicine and pharmacy, or a related healthcare field, to explain product benefits accurately.
• Diploma or degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Nursing, Biology or a related discipline preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Basra, make frequent field visits and work with a diverse team.
• Previous experience in derma or cosmetic products, or a similar medical sales role, is an advantage.

Required skills

• Strong medical sales skills, communication and customer service skills.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets, plan territories and manage time efficiently.
• Basic computer applications and reporting tools are beneficial.
