About the role
Organic Aesthetic Co. is seeking a dynamic Medical Sales Representative to drive growth of aesthetic injectables and medical devices in Najaf. You will build relationships with aesthetic clinics and healthcare professionals, delivering product education and supporting device demonstrations.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute territory plans to meet sales targets.
- Identify and convert new aesthetic clinics into active customers.
- Present device features, treatment protocols, and product benefits to doctors and clinic teams.
- Coordinate demonstrations, trainings, workshops, and other customer activities with internal teams.
- Maintain accurate customer data and sales activities using CRM tools.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy.
- Based in Najaf.
- Minimum 1 year experience in pharmaceutical, aesthetic, or medical‑device sales.
- Strong interest in medical aesthetics and willingness to develop technical knowledge.
- Ability to build professional relationships with doctors and decision‑makers.
