Field Sales Specialist

About the role

JAWYLINE is looking for a motivated Field Sales Specialist to expand its digital travel booking platform, JAWY B2B, by building strategic relationships with travel agencies and driving platform adoption across the market.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct field visits to travel agencies and tourism companies to introduce JAWY B2B.
• Present and demonstrate the platform’s features, services, and competitive advantages.
• Identify, approach, and acquire new travel agency partners.
• Assist new partners with registration, account activation, and onboarding.
• Build and maintain strong, long‑term business relationships.
• Follow up with registered agencies to encourage active bookings and continued platform usage.
• Achieve monthly sales, partner acquisition, and activation targets.
• Prepare regular reports on field activities, sales performance, and market opportunities.

Required profile

• Previous experience in field sales, B2B sales, or business development.
• Experience in the travel and tourism industry is preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong ability to build relationships and close business opportunities.
• Self‑motivated, target‑oriented, and capable of working independently.
• Professional appearance and a customer‑focused attitude.
