Business Development Manager

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to lead and expand our business activities in Iraq, working closely with key stakeholders, public institutions, and international teams.

Key responsibilities

• Support and execute the local business and growth plan
• Identify and develop new business opportunities
• Lead and coordinate tender and public procurement processes
• Manage key accounts and ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with local partners and authorities
• Coordinate with international divisions and business units

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, or related fields
• 8–10 years of experience in business development or managerial roles
• Strong background in public procurement and tender processes or defence
• Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills
• Arabic and high level of English (Spanish is a plus)
