Logistics Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Basra, Iraq. The role involves managing equipment movements, tracking customer assets throughout the workshop process, and ensuring timely delivery of materials while coordinating with multiple internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and track customer equipment from receipt through workshop processing to final delivery.
• Coordinate equipment movements between customer sites, workshops, warehouses, and operational locations.
• Conduct receiving inspections, verifying condition, quantities, descriptions and serial numbers.
• Prepare and maintain delivery orders, receiving notes, gate passes, material transfer documents, packing lists and other logistics records.
• Arrange transportation for equipment, spare parts, tools and personnel as required.
• Oversee loading, unloading, lifting, collection and delivery activities.
• Update logistics and inventory information in company systems.
• Report damaged equipment, shortages, discrepancies, delays and documentation issues.
• Ensure compliance with ICC Energy’s HSE, quality and equipment‑traceability requirements.

Required profile

• Diploma or Technical Diploma in logistics, supply chain, business administration, engineering or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in logistics, operations or workshop coordination.
• Experience in the oil‑and‑gas, drilling, energy or industrial‑services sector is preferred.
• Good knowledge of industrial or oilfield equipment, tools, materials and spare parts.
• Strong written and spoken English and Arabic.
• Valid Iraqi driving licence is a plus.
