PML Manager – Procurement, Materials & Logistics

About the role

The PML Manager is responsible for overseeing procurement, materials, and logistics activities within a manufacturing environment. Reporting under broad direction, the role ensures that supply chain operations align with business and customer requirements, supporting production schedules and delivery commitments.

Key responsibilities

• Manage procurement, materials, and logistics processes to meet manufacturing and customer needs.
• Establish and maintain a reliable supply base, driving strategic sourcing initiatives in partnership with the Category Management group.
• Ensure compliance with local laws, internal controls, and corporate policies.
• Monitor and improve employee and supplier performance.
• Oversee budgetary responsibilities that impact revenue and service quality.

Required profile

• Undergraduate degree in a technical, business, or related discipline.
• Minimum five years of relevant experience in procurement, materials, or logistics.
• Graduate degree is a plus.
• Preferred certifications: APICS, CPM, or CPIS.
